Courts across the country continue to weigh in on the issue of website accessibility. Earlier this month, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire denied a Motion to Dismiss filed by online food delivery servicer Blue Apron. Atlanta Partner Walt Moeling was quoted March 5 in The Atlanta Journal-Constitution concerning the high number of failed banks in Georgia, many of them concentrated within 70 miles of Atlanta.
